Black Tahini & Rose Cacao

 

A recipe for a black tahini and rose cacao nut milk warm beverage:

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of nut milk (almond, macadamia, or any preferred nut milk)

• 1 tablespoon black tahini

• 2 tablespoons cacao powder

• 1 tablespoon rose water

• 1-2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, or a sweetener of your preference)

• a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, heat the nut milk over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching or boiling.

2. Add the black tahini and cacao powder to the saucepan. Whisk or stir well until the tahini and cacao are fully incorporated into the milk.

3. Add the rose water to the mixture, followed by the sweetener of your choice. Adjust the amount of sweetener based on your desired taste.

4. Continue to heat the mixture, stirring gently, until it reaches your desired temperature.

5. Sprinkle in a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom for added warmth and flavor.

6. Once warmed to your liking, remove from heat and pour into a mug.
