Initial consultations involve very deep listening, comprehensive case taking, an individually tailored treatment protocol covering all things health & wellbeing, food, movement and lifestyle recommendations as well as a herbal and nutritional prescription.

A follow up is suggested after two weeks of your initial to track progress and make adjustments that reflect your healing journey.
